After a career at 1.50m level Wendelina van 't Merelsnest will retire. She's still in big form, but due to her age, we find it not necessary to do more. This year Wendelina placed eighth in the national GP of Loenhout and she was third in Duisburg. During her life Wendelina took bronze medal at the Belgian Cup 2013 at Stal Hulsterlo and she participated twice at the Belgian Championships, in Kapellen & Lanaken.
Wendelina is very valuable for our stud farm, as she's the sister of the double Olympic champion Sapphire. Wendelina also has given birth to two approved stallions (Edjaz en Glasgow Van 't Merelsnest).
